Fees

London East Academy 6^th Form is a fee paying independent 6^th Form.  The amount charged will depend on the number of number of AS level courses you decide to do.  Please enquire with the school for details of fees.  However, you will be required to pay £35 non-refundable application fee with your application form.  All cheques should be made payable to the London East Academy.

Financial Assistance & Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA)

The government provides up to £30 a week in to your bank account for staying on at college after your compulsory education age.  The eligibility depends on a number of factors including your age and household income.  If you want to find out whether you are eligible for EMA, please contact your local authority or visit the EMA website at http://ema.direct.gov.uk/ema.html.  The LEA 6^th Form will do everything within its capacity to assist you in obtaining all available financial assistance from both the local and central government.
