A very well resourced reference and private study centre which would be useful for students to get those essays done and finish off the last minute reading and research that could not be done at home. Online mentors for academic help

Evening and weekend support classes
Networking in education to tap into support agencies is a great way to widen the support base for students. London East Academy 6th Form has forged partnership with two of the most successful tutoring and support organisations which our students could use for extra support to enhance understanding and increase chances of better results.
Involving the parents
The LEA 6th Form firmly believes in the triangular process in the learning partnership – parents, students and the 6th Form. This not only contributes to educational successes but also eases parental concerns – we try to put parents’ minds at rest. Parents are invited to an annual consultation evening where they get to meet the teachers and find out more about the courses that their child is doing. We provide expert advice on how a parent can support their child to do better in his education. Parents’ evenings are also held mid-way through the academic year to update parents about their son’s progress.
Enrichment activities
The 6th Form is situated at a unique location – being in the heart of the East End, just a stone throw away from the financial hub of the capital offers great opportunities for its students. London Muslim Centre, regarded as the busiest Muslim institution in the UK attracts visitors and attention from all fronts. Politicians, statesmen from both home and abroad, businesses and media amongst Muslims and non-Muslims alike have visited the centre and have peeked at the London East Academy.
Students are provided with opportunities to meet and ask questions to visitors and participate in visits and activities to broaden their experiences, enrich their life as students and improve their personal and social skills. From trying out a business idea to participating in charity fundraising initiatives and international projects through UNESCO programmes or just doing fun sports and games sessions…whatever your interests, you will find something that you could get involved in and do something that will help unravel that hidden talent! If you don’t find something that is of interest, through discussions we could find something that is available that you could do… Motivational talks, qiyam ul layls, trips and excursions, work experience, skills work shops, visits to businesses and the list goes on…
